Terms of service and SMS program terms

SMS program terms (for customers of businesses that use JobsFilled)

• Program: customer-care and appointment text messages from the business you called or texted, sent by JobsFilled on that business’s behalf. Each first message names the business.
• How you opt in: by calling or texting the business. If your call is not answered, the greeting tells you the business will text you at this number. Booking an appointment opts you in to a confirmation and up to two reminders (24 hours and 2 hours before).
• Message frequency varies by conversation, typically 1–10 messages per service request. No marketing or promotional texts are sent under this program.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time; you will get one confirmation and no further texts from that business. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP, or contact the contact details on the home page (being finalized).
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our privacy policy explains what we collect and that mobile numbers are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Service terms (for businesses using JobsFilled)

Plain-language summary. The signed client agreement is what governs; where the two differ, the agreement wins.

• Plans: Starter $49/month, Pro $99/month, or pay-per-job: $0/month plus $20 per appointment the AI books, capped at $199/month, card on file. There is no setup fee on any plan: registering your number with the carriers, entering your services, price ranges, hours and calendar, and testing it with you are included. The after-hours voice receptionist is not offered or priced yet.
• Payment and term: there is no free trial; the first month (or the prepaid year) is charged when you sign up, and each month after that on the same day, month-to-month. No annual term renews on its own. Cancel by text: text CANCEL to your JobsFilled line and confirm with YES; the service runs to the end of the period already paid for and stops, with no further charges. Text RESUME before that date to keep it.
• Guarantee (30-day money-back): in the founder’s words, “If you want out within 30 days of your first monthly charge, tell me and I refund it.” Pay-per-job charges are not refundable; a disputed booking is reviewed against the conversation transcript and removed if it was not a real customer booking.
• Prepay: 12 months for the price of 10 (Pro $990, Starter $490), charged at signup and covered by the same 30-day guarantee. After that it is non-refundable, except a full refund if your number cannot go live within 14 days. Cancelling by text runs the service to the end of the prepaid year; the remaining months are not refunded.
• Fair use: up to 60 (Starter) or 300 (Pro and pay-per-job) AI conversations a month. Going over two months in a row means a conversation about moving up a plan. No automatic overage charges.
• Pay-per-job counting: a booked job is an appointment created by the AI conversation on your calendar that is not cancelled when the month is counted. Rescheduling does not create a new job; owner-entered appointments never count. The counted bookings are listed on your dashboard before each monthly charge.
• Your responsibilities: keep your business profile, hours and price ranges accurate; set up conditional call forwarding as instructed; respond to leads and confirm or decline every booking; use the service only for your own business’s conversations with people who contacted you; and tell us within 3 business days of any complaint about a text.
• What we do not do: we do not send marketing texts, we do not text anyone who did not contact your business first, and we do not serve medical, dental or other businesses that handle health information.
• Your number: your own phone number stays yours. The dedicated texting number we register for you is released when you leave, after a 30-day grace period.
